Terms of sale and use

1. Seller

2. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the game and the purchase of Moons (“Lunes”), the game’s virtual currency, and their use to unlock digital content (cosmetics, roles, role packs, mystery chests, gifts between friends). The game remains entirely free to play; these purchases are optional.
3. Nature of Moons
Moons are a personal, non-transferable licence of use, tied to the player’s account. They have no monetary value and cannot be refunded, converted into money or resold. They can only be used, in the game, to unlock content for yourself or to give content to a friend. Unlocked content cannot be resold.
4. Prices and payment
Prices of Moon packs are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment is made by card or another offered method, through our secure provider Stripe; we never have access to your card details.
5. Delivery and right of withdrawal
Moons are credited immediately after payment confirmation. Under article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement that they lose their right of withdrawal. This consent is collected before each payment.
6. Mystery chests
A mystery chest can only be bought with Moons. It contains a single item chosen at random among those the player does not own yet: it never gives a duplicate. Every possible item has the same probability, shown before opening. Its price is the median price of the items it may contain.
7. Code of conduct
By playing, you agree to respect other players: no insults, harassment, hate speech or illegal content, whether in your nickname, the voice chat or private messages. Cheating, exploiting bugs and payment fraud are prohibited. In case of breach, the publisher may suspend or delete the account concerned.
8. Account and deletion
Moons and content are tied to the account. Deleting the account, at the player’s initiative (from Settings) or following a serious breach of the rules, results in the permanent loss of Moons and content, without refund.
9. Warranties and liability
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content. The game is an online service: the publisher makes its best efforts to keep it available, without being able to guarantee the total absence of interruptions.

11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another European Union country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
