Team: Werewolves
Mystic Wolf
A wolf who sees further than the others.
- Power
- A Werewolf who can also look at another player's card.
- At night
- Wakes up in position 3
- Win condition
- No werewolf is eliminated by the vote.
How to play this role
The Mystic Wolf wakes up with the other wolves and wins with them. But right after, it wakes up a second time, alone, and may look at another player’s card.
That extra information makes it the most dangerous wolf: it knows, for example, who the Seer is, and can accuse her before she speaks.
Strategies and tips
- Preferably look at a player likely to have an information role (the one you suspect of being the Seer or the Insomniac).
- If you find the Tanner, keep it in reserve: pushing the village to vote for him makes everyone lose except him… not ideal for you.
- You know one more card than the other wolves: use it to accuse an innocent with evidence.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the Mystic Wolf count as a wolf for the vote?
- Yes. If it is eliminated, the village wins exactly as with a classic Werewolf.
- How do I unlock the Mystic Wolf?
- It is a legendary card: it unlocks at level 10 by playing games, or right away with the Shadow Pack in the game’s shop.
